I had a rather average experience with Peta systems. The company website, petasystems.co.in, seemed promising at first, but the overall service was just okay. The team was not very responsive and it took them quite a while to address my concerns. I expected better communication and timely updates. Although the end result was satisfactory, it was a rather underwhelming experience. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
