When I walked into the store in early November 2020, I was kindly spoken to by a receptionist and I received a business card from the person who could answer my question. After all, this person was not approachable for another customer at that time. I immediately sent an e-mail, to which I received the response that the e-mail was not read, the person to whom the e-mail was addressed was not at work that afternoon.
After not having received a message for 2 days, I contacted us by telephone and was promised a response. Yes, that response has indeed come; Received mail in good order, get back to it as soon as possible .
Today, after 18 days, no answer to a relatively simple question (can an existing kitchen, installed by you, be modified?), I came back to the store. Now I immediately asked my submitted question and would be sent away again with the same business card of the person who had proven not to respond adequately to e-mail messages. I indicated that I had sent the same person an email 18 days earlier. It didn't matter, he was the only one on the team (there would be a team of people who could advise on the kitchens) that I could approach with my question. I indicated up to 2x that a customer is now leaving the house who may want to purchase a (re) new kitchen from them, apparently it did not matter. This company deserves less than 1 star in quality / (customer) service (but you can't choose that).
