I had a mixed experience with Shristi Pottery. Some of the products I ordered were of good quality, but a few were not up to my expectations. The website was easy to navigate, but the checkout process took longer than usual. The customer service was helpful in resolving my issues. Overall, I would say they are an average pottery company.
