Not too happy with this distributor. I called Crest prior to my scheduled delivery to inform them that I needed to receive an "off date" delivery because there would be no access into our building the day of schedule (Thursday) due to repaving. The gentlemen over the phone stated that we were "good to go" and that my delivery would come the day after scheduled delivery (Friday). I receive a call from my Rep on Thursday, a day before my requested delivery day, stating that his driver was waiting outside. I then informed him that I had requested to have the delivery brought to me the following day and the man I spoke with over the phone had confirmed it. My Rep said he'd see what could be done. What? Well, it is now the day I originally requested and they never delivered. I checked Beerline and they just completely voided my order and did not resubmit. No phone call from anyone to explain why this happened. Super unprofessional and disorganized. I've never ran into anything remotely like this with Anheuser-busch.
