I bought a vehicle from a third party municipality...

I bought a vehicle from a third party municipality through Biggerdy.

It has been over a month since I took delivery and the title transfer is still not started, so I cannot register this vehicle. No one will returns emails or phone calls.

This has been a frustrating and stressful experience from the beginning. The address provided for pickup was incorrect and I was not given a direct contact. I had to talk to five different people and go to 4 different addresses before I located my lot ,without the assistance of Biggergy.

In addition the vehicle was listed as running and driving. Upon arrival it was apparent the vehicle had not moved in several years and was not running or driving. I accept responsibility for not inspecting my lot in person. However I do think it's scummy to list information that is not confirmed.

I will never work with this company again.
I am filing a complaint against their dealers license with the state.
