I recently engaged with this consulting firm, and my experience has left much to be desired. The communication was often unclear, and I found it difficult to get consistent updates on my project. The team seemed knowledgeable but lacked the responsiveness I expected. It felt like they were juggling too many clients at once, which affected the quality of service.
