While the staff is awesome and attentive - my biggest concern is that I just bought my 2019 Mercedes in late December; And with just 6000 miles on it - everything from the computer system to the molding is falling apart. Hopefully this overhaul has remedied the constant failures. This should not be happening on a new vehicle.
