I had a mixed experience with SMACO. Their customer service was average, as they were prompt in responding to my queries but did not provide a satisfactory resolution to my issue. The quality of their products was also just average, as some of their cigarettes did not burn evenly and had a strange aftertaste. However, I must say that their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Overall, my experience with SMACO was just average.
