I have been a loyal customer of Shocase for years now, and I can confidently say that their platform is average in terms of usability and features. While it gets the job done, I often find myself frustrated with the limited functionality and lack of updates. However, their customer service is great, as they are always quick to respond to my inquiries and address any issues that arise. Overall, Shocase is a decent company, but I believe there is room for improvement.
