Had a fantastic time staying here. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. Service overall was solid. they did lack one thing, servers by the pool. Two different days I was there and they only had 1 waiter for the entire area. Crazy. This is something they need to step up for people who are paying Ritz Carlton prices. Really did have a wonderful time.
