My recent vacation organized by a travel agency was a mixed bag of experiences. Utopia holidays did a decent job overall. The booking process was quick and easy, and the customer service was satisfactory. The itinerary they provided was well thought out, and I enjoyed visiting most of the places. However, there were a few instances where the arrangements could have been better. Nevertheless, I had a memorable trip and would consider using Utopia holidays again.
