Purchased a sub setup for my gmc that ended up being defective. After spending hours pulling the interior apart looking for a sound management sensor that was non existent they tell me to send it back for them to diagnose it. After hours of tearing my brand new truck apart with their diagnostic procedure to find out it was a defect on their part and then they wouldn't even cover shipping! Spend the money on a JL audio. Tech support is useless and they do not care about a satisfied customer
