I have been associated with Wim Perú - Women in Mining Perú for the past few months and my experience has been outstanding. The organization has provided me with numerous opportunities to enhance my skills and knowledge through their workshops and training programs. The supportive environment they create is truly empowering, and I am grateful to be a part of such a wonderful network. Kudos to Wim Perú for their efforts in promoting gender diversity in mining.
