I have been using Picallex for a while now and I must say, it has been an average experience. The website is easy to navigate and the customer service is good. However, there are some areas where they can improve. The response time from the support team can be a bit slow at times, and there have been a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, it's a decent company.
