I live next to this home and judging by the amount...

I live next to this home and judging by the amount of cigarette breaks the staff have I would be very reluctant to leave a loved one at this establishment. The amount of noise they make whilst at the smoking area shows no consideration for their neighbours and we have to listen to all of their conversations including arguments on their mobile phones..... I only hope that the residents of the Home are not subjected to this constant disturbance too!
