I have been using Vincia for some time now and I am overall satisfied with their services. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, although there have been a few instances where I encountered less than ideal customer service. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of good quality. I would recommend Vincia to others, but with the caveat that there may be occasional issues with customer service.
