I took a self-defense course from Strong Tower Self Defense L.L.C. and it was absolutely fantastic. The instructors were knowledgeable and made the material easy to understand and apply in real-life situations. The techniques taught were practical and effective. I feel much safer and more confident after taking the course. Highly recommended!
