I had a mixed experience with Melange India. Some aspects were great, but others were not up to the mark. The quality of their products is excellent, and I really liked the variety they offer. However, their customer service needs improvement. It took a while for them to respond to my queries, and even then, the solution provided was not satisfactory. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
