I recently used a popular travel website to plan my vacation, but I found the experience to be frustrating and time-consuming. The website was cluttered, making it difficult to find the information I needed. The rates were also higher than I expected, and I ended up paying more for my accommodations than I had budgeted for. The customer service was lacking, with unhelpful and unresponsive staff. Overall, I was disappointed with the service provided and would not recommend it.
