I had a mixed experience with Procodata Colombia S.A.S - enelugar.com. While the website is easy to navigate and their products are of good quality, the customer service needs improvement. I contacted them regarding an issue, and it took them a while to respond. However, once they did, they resolved the issue satisfactorily. Overall, it was an average experience.
