The cleanliness, care and attention to detail were outstanding. Every employee from the immediate entrance to the Hospital were terrific. Each and every Nurse was outstanding and performed their jobs with compassion, knowledge and went above and beyond to ensure that every patient was well treated well. All questions and fears were addressed.

The only complaint that l have is the communication and updating to the patient's person for information. The communications board was not working properly, as it offered very litle updates. My husband waited for almost 4 hours before he knew if l was in or out of Surgery. The Doctor did come out after my surgery to update him, but that 4 hours later.
