We owned a condo in a building managed by Katrina Lampinen. Mrs. Lampinen was incompetent during every form of communication we had with her. The biggest disappointment, with her, was when our building's elevator broke down multiple days before our moveout was scheduled with movers that had already been paid. Mrs. Lampinen reassured us that the elevator would be repaired by the time the movers would be there and to not cancel the movers. Two days later, I woke up and the elevator was still not repaired with the movers coming in 2 hours. She, again, reassured us that it would be repaired and to have the movers come. The movers arrived. The elevator was still not repaired. She, AGAIN, reassured us to keep the movers there as long as possible as the elevator would be repaired. Long story short, the elevator was not repaired in time. But we kept the movers there as long as possible since that is what Mrs. Lampinen said we should do. Mrs. Lampinen's lack of being able to get the elevator repaired in time, despite having multiple days to do so, cost us over $1,000 since we had to keep the movers there while she claimed it was getting repaired. She did not care that she waisted over $1,000 from our pockets. She did not try to help out with this loss. We would never consider using anything with NAI Ohio Equities when they have someone like Katrina Lampinen on their team.
