I had an average experience with Gateway Electric when they helped me with an electrical repair at my home. While the work was completed satisfactorily, the communication could have been better. It took some time to get a response, and I had to follow up a couple of times. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but improvement in responsiveness would be appreciated.
