My stay at Riviera Palm Springs was a mixed experience. The room was clean and comfortable, but the AC wasn't working properly, making it difficult to sleep. The staff was friendly, but not very helpful in resolving the AC issue. The pool area was nice, but it could get crowded and noisy. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I expected better considering the price.
