I have stayed at this Embassy Suites previously and had a great experience. This stay was not the same.
1. I did not read any reviews because of my previous experience.
2. You have to pay for parking!!! It is $11.00 a day. This information is no where on their website. I called for the reservation and the reservation clerk did not mention this.
3. There were renovations going on. There was an almost constant drilling noise for the 3 day stay. Even on Sunday the drilling started before 10 am. There were renovations happening during my previous stay and I did not encounter anything that caused discomfort like this drilling. Again, the renovations was not mentioned on the website or by the reservations clerk.
4. The bathroom sink was very slow draining. I reported this and no one came from maintenance to resolve the problem.

There are many other hotels in this area on Tower near the Denver International Airport. I drove from 70th Street to 56th Street to look for other hotels charging for parking. THERE WERE NONE! When I asked about the parking charge, there was no mention of how to avoid the charge, only that is the way it is now. You would think that because of other changes that have been made because of the pandemic, there would be accommodations made to the room rate or the parking fee.

I would consider staying at another Embassy Suites hotel in the future, but not this one.
