I have had such an average experience with Illuminati Counsel. The services provided were not outstanding, but also not terrible. The staff members were polite and professional, but I felt that there was a lack of personal touch. Overall, I received the necessary information and assistance, but nothing more. It would be great if they could improve on their customer engagement and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
