I bought a jacket of 380 euros from this website. This was still attached to the security tag that only a store can remove. When I raised my issue with customer service, I was only told that they found it annoying and that I had to go to a store with this jacket to remove the security tag. It's ridiculous to walk into another company and ask if they want to remove a security tag from a jacket. In short, very poor customer service.
