My husband and I recently relocated to this area for his job. Back "home", we had what we considered our favorite service department, and really missed them after coming to Texas. After looking over the reviews and distance to a RAM service department, I decided to give Classic a chance. From the get-go, Harley (I hope that I spelled her name correctly!!!), in the service department was THE most courteous, kind, and professional service advisor I have EVER spoken with at ANY dealership. She was so sincere in helping me schedule my RAM truck in for service, as well as advising me of warranty work, and even offered shuttle service. When I arrived at the service department this morning, I was promptly greeted by Stephen Doane, who is an extremely cordial professional, who already had the information on the truck when he met me in the parking lot, and he got me in right away. Stephen kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, and thoroughly explained the work performed today. I even got to meet the awesome tech who handled the recalls and service work on the truck, Josh Sadler, who took the time to explain to me the repairs he made, and even offered that my husband could call him to go over with as well, if we liked (after I mentioned that I hoped to explain everything correctly to my husband). I am very grateful to have found this service department! What an Amazing Team of professionals here! I've never experienced service like I have here. Will definitely have Classic handle all of our future service and repair needs. Thank you Harley, Stephen, and Josh! I appreciate you all.
