I had an average experience with Highlands EnviroFuels. Their website was easy to navigate and the information provided was helpful. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and I often had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement.
