As a CUSTOMER, I had an average experience with GRMDS. The services provided by the company were satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. The website was easy to navigate and the information provided was clear and concise. However, there were a few areas where I felt there could have been improvements. The response time to my queries was a bit slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. Overall, I would say that GRMDS is a decent company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
