Storage unit rates are a bit higher than the competition. [Edit] The new receptionist is rude, scoffs if she has to look up your unit number. I also once had my unit broken into, my lock was cut off in the middle of the night. They called to inform me this happened and they placed one of their locks on it for the night until I could put one on it in the morning. And I was still charged a red lock fee even though they put it on due to someone cutting ours off in the first place. I got my unit when I lived just down the road from them, I regret the decision more than you know. I would not recommended these units to absolutely anyone. Late fees and red lock fees are outrageous and most times cost more than the monthly unit cost its self.
