I had an average experience with Travel Edge. While the booking process was smooth, the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed a bit indifferent and unhelpful. However, the trip itself was enjoyable and the arrangements were satisfactory. Overall, I would consider using their services again but with lower expectations.
