The primary contact number listed on their website is never answered, which forced me to make a lengthy four-hour round trip to the visa office to resolve the issue in person. This was incredibly inconvenient. The lack of clarity led to all my documents expiring, resulting in wasted funds. This situation could have been easily avoided, and I feel very let down.
