We had a horrible experience with a representative Michael Merkende from Landmark Dividend, he called our physical therapy office on 7/10/19 after we had inquired about some services. He did not state who he was or where he was calling from so we assumed he was a telemarketer since he could not provide information on who he was or where he was calling from. The employee he was looking for was out of the office which we respectfully told Michael and then hung up the phone. He called back seconds later just to complain that we didnt transfer him to the employee who is out of the office. We would have gladly given him the owners voicemail but we are not allowed to give solicitors the owners personal voicemail or email. Michael called our office manger A 5 YEAR OLD AND TO GROW UP and then unprofessionally hung up the phone!!! We will never ever do business with Landmark Dividend and be sure to let all of our friends and family know how we were treated on a call.
