I had a mixed experience with Washington Capital. While their website provided useful information, I found it slightly challenging to navigate. The customer service representatives were polite and friendly, but not very knowledgeable. They seemed to rely heavily on scripted responses and couldn't answer some of my more specific questions. Overall, the experience was average but could have been better.
