I am a CUSTOMER and I had an average experience with Lafayette place apartments. The management was satisfactory and the maintenance team was quick to respond to any issues. However, the noise level from neighboring units was quite high, which affected my overall experience. The amenities provided were also average. Overall, I would say it's a decent place to live, but there is room for improvement.
