We recently sold a condo in downtown Miami through Cervera. The sale was handled by Fernando Escudero, who did a splendid job.
He went out of his way to help us with a number of logistical challenges which arose because we moved away from Miami during the sale process. Fernando was instrumental in helping us to contract for some repairs we needed done, and even forwarded our mail during the transition. His personal touch definitely made a difference.
