Although I no longer live in SD, there is still no one I trust more with my fitness & health than Chris, Dave, & their entire team. They all truly pushed me to my limit... increasing my goals and always willing to help. My fitness goals were not only obtained but surpassed during my time at S10! Still to this day I am able to retrieve fitness advice, nutrition counseling, and a good laugh from the crew at S10!
