Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Recommend Fiddle.io

Our experience with Fiddle.io has been nothing short of disastrous. We partnered with them expecting reliable inventory and fulfillment software but instead faced persistent issues that crippled our operations during peak season. Orders showed incorrect stock levels, SKU mappings for Amazon failed repeatedly, and Shopify orders were not syncing properly for fulfillment.

Despite numerous follow-ups over several weeks, communication was poor and solutions were either temporary or ineffective. At one point, their website domain even expired, preventing us from accessing the platform entirely. The final straw was learning that a Shopify API change broke their inventory sync, and they had no proactive plan to resolve it quickly.

These failures caused significant delays, operational chaos, and jeopardized our business. Ultimately, we had to terminate the contract. If you value reliability, transparency, and timely support, look elsewhere. Fiddle.io did not deliver on any of these fronts.
