I had a pretty average experience with IP NAVAGATION GROUP LLC. The customer service was okay, and they responded to my inquiries in a reasonable amount of time. However, I felt that their fees were a bit on the high side. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but there's definitely room for improvement.
