I had a mixed experience with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. While they provided comprehensive resources and materials for studying, their customer service was lacking. I encountered several instances where my emails went unanswered for days, which was frustrating. Additionally, their website was often slow and difficult to navigate. However, the certification process itself was smooth and well-organized. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
