Everyone at this bike store is friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Their prices are comparable to on-line bike purchases and their maintenance department is rapid and exact. At 4:00 AM on my way to the 2019 STP (Seattle to Portland) 200 mile ride the rear side of my $2,500 road bike dropped off and the back tire was literally ripped to ribbons and other important parts were twisted out of wack. I rode the first 85 miles to Tenino on a loaner. My wife was sitting at the door of Bike Trek when they opened at 10:00 AM. They sensed that they were dealing with an important personal emergency and when I rolled into the water stop with 15 miles left to go that day, there was my bike, tires replaced and ready to finish the last leg of the day as well as the other 100 on Sunday. Thank you, Bike Trek and all of the wonderful people that provide our biking community with your excellent service.
