Oxford House Shawnee provided an average experience with their services. The staff was mostly friendly and the buying process went smoothly, but there were a few issues along the way. The sales team could have been more knowledgeable and the overall customer service could have been better. However, I still managed to find a car that suited my needs and budget. It was an okay experience overall.
