As a frequent flyer, I have found Trans World Airlines to be consistently average. While their customer service is decent and their flights generally run on time, I can't say that there is anything particularly outstanding about this airline. The seating is comfortable enough, but there is nothing luxurious or exceptional about it. Overall, I would rate TWA as an average airline.
