When they were the only ones with no waitlist, I went to look for reviews but unfortunately there were none, so desperate to get services for my child I just went with them. So I m leaving this review not to spite them - karma takes care of people like that - but for parents in a desperate state to get their child help. The therapists I had were great, but the managerial staff are unprofessional, uncommunicative, and are in this business for the wrong reasons. As a result the good professionals leave, your child is left without services, and they won t even tell you, just one day no one shows up. I don t know how these women sleep at night.
