I had an average experience with PackSay. The website was easy to navigate and the signup process was quite straightforward. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took a while to get a response to my query, and when I did, the answer was not satisfactory. Overall, I would say that PackSay is an okay company to work with, but there is room for improvement.
