I have been a customer of Paperblanks for several years and I must say their products are of average quality. While they do have a great variety of designs to choose from, the durability of their notebooks is questionable. The binding tends to break easily, which is quite disappointing. However, their customer service is excellent and they always respond promptly to any inquiries or issues. Overall, I would rate Paperblanks as an average company.
