Basket City Usa is an average company. Their service is acceptable but nothing to write home about. I ordered a basketball hoop from their website and it arrived within the expected timeframe. However, the packaging was a bit damaged and there were a few scratches on the hoop. Overall, it's a decent company, but there's definitely some room for improvement.
