I recently interacted with Jefferson County in Washington and I must say, the experience was average. The staff was courteous and helpful, but I found the services to be lacking in some areas. The website, jefferson.wa.us, needs improvement as it is not user-friendly and lacks important information. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement.
