I am a customer of Surrey County Council and I must say that I have been consistently impressed with the level of service they provide. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and they go above and beyond to ensure that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely manner. The website is also very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Overall, I would rate Surrey County Council as excellent.
